The Florida Department of Health, Office of Public Health Research is pleased to announce the availability of the 2008 annual reports for the James & Esther King Biomedical Research Program and the Bankhead-Coley Cancer Research Program. The James and Esther King Biomedical Research Program 2008 Annual Report compiles ten years of program activities, showing significant progress towards the statutory goals as well as presenting some more personalized views of research funded by the program.

The Bankhead-Coley Cancer Research Program 2008 Annual Report shows how the program, in only its third year, is making an impact by providing the tools and time necessary for research, increasing teamwork amongst Florida researchers, and helping make Florida more competitive for national funding.
